Spitfire SOA is a cryptographic appliance specifically designed for XML security processing in service oriented architecture (SOA), electronic data interchange (EDI) and enterprise application integration (EAI) systems. It protects sensitive and confidential information from unwanted disclosure and unauthorized tampering during transmission between business partners or enterprise applications via the Internet, extranet or intranet. Spitfire SOA is equipped with international cryptographic standard ciphers and processing handlers. It generates and verifies digital signatures and encrypts/decrypts message-based data via industrial standard FTP, SMTP and HTTP connectivities. Spitfire SOA comes with programmable interfaces including plain socket, Java RMI and web services suiting integration requirements for all messaging systems. Spitfire SOA can be configured to run as a cluster to avoid single-point of failure in disastrous scenarios.
